Return and Refund Policy

We adhere to a 30 day cancellation policy. 

• Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the event date are eligible for a refund of any amount paid over the deposit amount. 
• Any cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. 
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of your booking in order to reserve your date and time. 
• The entire remaining balance is due within 30 days prior to the event.
• Any reservation made within 30 days of the scheduled event is due in full, and is non-refundable. 
• You are responsible for confirming your scheduled date, and paying any balances due within 30 days prior to your event, and we will not contact you to obtain payment or confirm bookings that have not been paid in full. 
• Any bookings not paid for in full within 30 days prior to the event, will be immediately canceled and no refunds shall be given.
